The content of this site is provided for information purposes. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it does not replace a consultation with a physician or another health professional.

Naturopathy and clinical hypnotherapy are not governed by a professional order in Quebec. The services offered by Axis complement medical care and never replace it. Do not stop or change a prescribed treatment based on content read on this site without first speaking to your physician.

Browsing the site, booking a discovery call or writing to us does not create a professional relationship. One begins only once an engagement is agreed between you and Axis, on terms established separately.

The thirty-minute discovery call is free and carries no obligation. Appointments are booked through the online calendar, a service provided by Calendly, whose own terms apply to that booking.

Rates, payment terms and cancellation policies for Axis services do not appear on this site: they are shared and agreed directly with you before any engagement begins.

Individual support and organizational programs are described in general terms on the site. As every engagement is adapted to the reality of the person or organization, these descriptions are not a contractual offer, a guarantee of content, or a promise of results.

The texts, the Axis name, the logo, the photographs, the graphic elements and the layout of this site are protected by copyright and belong to Axis Integrative Health Consulting or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission.

The logos of associations, partners and organizations shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.

The site links to external resources, notably those of professional associations and partners. Those sites are independent of Axis, which has no control over their content or practices and assumes no responsibility for them.

By using the site, you agree not to:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms
• attempt to compromise its security, availability or integrity
• extract its content by automated means without permission
• impersonate anyone or provide false information when booking

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible and its content accurate and current, without being able to guarantee it. The site may be modified, suspended or interrupted at any time, including for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, Axis Integrative Health Consulting cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of the site, the inability to access it, or a decision made on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute relating to the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
